Welcome to our blog... Risa & I (Tiffany) would like to share our missions trip to India with our family and friends not only to keep you updated on our journey, but as a method to communicate our prayer requests.
We would like to start off sharing with you what it took to get this far (right now we're sitting in a London airport after a day's delay waiting for our flight to India)... We had many attacks from Satan, both physical & in our relationships. I suffered a few different injuries to my body (hurt my shoulder & both of my feet), my car broke down the day before we left (it literally came to a dead stop after I exited the freeway) and now I need to get it fixed before I return (I wonder how much that will cost?). This time around Risa hadn't had any panic attacks until the early morning hours the day we left (she usually suffers from them anywhere from 1-2 weeks out). She also had some issues with relationships that did get resolved before we left (thankfully).
Even though these things occurred, God was (and always is) faithful to provide! We were fully funded just days before our journey began. We were given extra luggage that we could leave behind in India just for our team items, otherwise we wouldn't have had the room or allotted weight that we could have! Thank you John & Isabelle for the luggage... You made this happen! Thank you friends and family for graciously giving money to send us on this trip! Without your support (and prayers} we wouldn't have gotten this far!
This blog will be (hopefully) one of many more to come as long as we have an Internet connection. Thank you for joining us on this adventure, you are with us in spirit and we covet your prayers! God is good, He provides what we need... We will continue to trust in Him whatever comes our way.
God bless,
Tiffany
